Nonpaint Water Transfer(NPWT) / On top of clear coating
Nonpaint Water Transfer (NPWT) is durable and elastic. It fits onto the entire frame, including curved surfaces and welding areas. With different textures and patterns, NPWT eliminates the need for multiple masking and painting processes, increasing productivity and reducing costs and air pollution. Available in various colors with contrasting matte and gloss finishes, NPWT transforms the designer's creativity into reality.

Transart adjusts NPWT's ingredients and operations for different substrates and target texture effects. It is divided into the following products:

  • NPWT-A (Nonpaint Water Transfer-Anodized):
    For anodized or Titanium frame
  • NPWT-RF (Nonpaint Water Transfer-Reflective):
Reflects light in the dark for enhanced visibility. The textured surface provides effective anti-slip properties.
  • NPWT-GM (Gloss & Matt):
Combine gloss and matt in one design on the decal and frame.
  • NPWT-SD (Nonpaint Water Transfer-Surface Decoration) :
Create different relief patterns and unique textures.
  • NPWT-SR (Nonpaint Water Transfer-Satin Reflective) :
Satin texture which reflects profound luster.
Applications
Operating Process
  1. Remove the protection sheet and soak the decal in warm water (about 20-40°C) for 5 to 10 seconds.
  2. Position the transfer decal on the object gently.
  3. Use a rubber squeegee to press out the water and air under the decal, then remove the liner sheet.
  4. Wash out the glue residue around the transfer using clean water and a wet cloth. Dry the area with a dry cloth.
  5. Dry the product in the oven at 70-100°C for 15-20 minutes. This process is to dry out the decal.
  6. Do the clear coating after the product cools down.
